Dorchester Girls Fastball Association
DGFA is a house league organization that plays under the CSL (Community Softball League) which extends throughout London and the surrounding areas. Our association is made possible by volunteers, sponsors and participation fees.
DGFA is committed to:
* Providing quality coaching that teaches fundamental skills for the game of fastball
* Preparing the girls for participation at this level as well as the next level of play
* Promoting and developing core values such as respect, teamwork, sportsmanship, courage, effort and commitment that will benefit their futures and the communities in which they live
* Maintaining standards of participation for all volunteers, board members, coaches, officials and spectators
* Encouraging a positive atmosphere by showing support and patience for all athletes and volunteers
* Creating an organization in which volunteers, coaches, parents, officials and athletes work together to achieve our mission
We hope that all of the girls have FUN on the diamond and gain valuable life experiences and lifelong friendships along the way! We understand that volunteers and parental support make this organization possible for the young girls in our community and appreciate the time and commitment to those that contribute.
