PREVIOUS SEASON LEVEL OF PLAY

What organization did your child play for in the 2025 season? ___________________________ *Players who played as a member of a “higher level” (above HL) team (previous season), that have TWO or more seasons experience as a player at that level, are accepted at an AGE ABOVE their registration age. Players that have signed on with another association (during the same 2026 season) are not permitted to play for DGFA.

Payment MUST be paid immediately upon registration for registration to be considered complete and a team spot held.

NOTE: All ages PRIOR to January 1st, of the current year (2026).

U9 information:
U9 consists of a shorter season with no mid-season tournament. Games/practices are Saturday mornings at 9 or 11am. There are no strikeouts or walks. There will be 6 pitches (3 by a player and 3 by a coach). The final tournament will be the last weekend in July.

Uniform fees included in registration fees for U9 through to U17. Midget and junior uniform costs to be determined.  Uniform includes shirt, hat and socks.  Pants to be purchased by player.

Raffle Tickets: Each DGFA registrant must purchase 1 book of raffle tickets (included in the registration cost). Raffle tickets can then be sold to recover the cost. Raffle tickets are non-refundable. Each book of tickets consists of 10 tickets at the cost of $5 each. Filled out raffle tickets are then to be turned in for the final draw. 

Note: Face masks MAY be required this 2026 season for all players playing in the infield (U19 and under) and would be provided by the association.  This will be discussed and decided upon at the upcoming board meeting.

Waiver and Release Acknowledgements

I agree to adhere to the Parent Code of Conduct and Player Code of Conduct.

I agree to adhere to the policy on Drugs and Alcohol.

I also acknowledge that the DGFA is not responsible for any injuries or accidents, either prior, during or following games or practices, nor for any damage or loss of personal belongings, however caused, and the DGFA shall be released from any and all such claims.

I acknowledge and understand the risks involved to my child as a participant in this activity.

I hereby declare that the above information is true to the best of my knowledge and belief, and give permission for the above named child to participate in the program.

Unsportsmanlike behaviour (both on the field and off - including social media) will not be tolerated. No bullying or negative comments. This conduct is NOT acceptable. Zero Tolerance Policy in Effect. 

Good Faith Bond Information

I acknowledge a minimum 4 hours/player is required to be completed thru participation in an approved volunteer position. A good faith bond cheque of $100.00 is required prior to season beginning.

I further acknowledge that if a bond position is not worked with a minimum of 4 hours completed, my good faith bond will be cashed.

Note: Bond Hour Coordinator will be in contact once DGFA registration session are all closed about signup options.
