Tournament Bond Opportunities - CONVENORS, News (Dorchester Girls Fastball)

There are 6 BOND OPPORTUNITIES available for the upcoming tournament in Dorchester next weekend!

Friday August 9th , there is 1 needed and Saturday August 10th there are 5 needed.     Each game covered will count as 2 hours towards your BOND REQUIREMENT.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 The Convenors will:  Work as a liason between the diamond (Coaches & Umps) and Joan (running the tourney) should any dispute arise that cannot be answered on the field.  They will ensure medals are awarded where applicable, provide a report to Joan (templates will be provided) and they will need to be at the diamond 15 minutes before the game and stay for the DURATION of the game.                                                                                      Friday August 9  at 630pm at Diamond 3 and also on                                                                                 Saturday August 10 at 830am, 1015am, Noon, 230pm, 4:15, all on Diamond 3.                                                                                                                                                                                                                    IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN TAKING ON A CONVENOR ROLE IN ORDER TO WORK TOWARDS YOUR BOND HOURS, PLEASE EMAIL YOUR NAME, DATE/TIME PREFERRED AND YOUR PHONE NUMBER.
