Bottle Drive THIS Saturday, July 7 9am-Noon
Saturday MORNING!! 9am-Noon! DGFA First Annual Bottle Drive!
Details & procedure listed below:
We will gather at the NORTHWEST corner of the Dorchester Diamonds at 8:45 am on Saturday morning!
*Each team to confirm the approximate number of participants to Cynthia Borland on or before 7pm Friday July 6...leave a message or TEXT 226-456-0613
*We need parent volunteers with vehicles from each team to escort during the Collection Effort as this will count for your BOND.
*You will notice our posters on mailboxes, back of stop signs, hydro poles, etc along the routes in town. Please remove them as you go through and return to the collection point at the end.
Each Team will be assigned an area to collect in and will meet back at the parking lot at 11am (or earlier) if time permits. Each team will sort their collections:
- Beer Cans not in cases will go into bags. We must count and record for the LCBO team to process. Bags and markers will be provided
- Beer bottles will be sorted into cases or boxes
- Wine & liquor bottles will be sorted by colour and boxed.
Delivery to the LCBO will follow!
